Archimedes MD cannot see your data. Every dataset, model, and report you create is private to your account. No one else can view it, it is never pooled with other customers' data, and it is not accessed by anyone on our team — except in the rare case where you ask us for help troubleshooting something, and only with your knowledge.
This policy explains what information is collected, how it's used, and the choices available.
Account information. Creating an account collects an email address and any profile details provided (such as a username).
Data uploaded. Datasets uploaded to train models, generate reports, or use Data Organization are processed to deliver those features. This may include structured data files (CSV, Excel, JSON, and similar formats) and any content within them. This data stays private to the account — see the note above.
Usage information. Basic technical details (browser type, IP address) and information about which features get used and how often, to keep things running and find bugs.
Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Full payment card details are never stored directly — Stripe handles that.
Contact form submissions. Messages sent through the contact form, including the name, email, and message provided, are collected to respond.
Uploaded datasets are processed by AI to generate analysis, reports, and transformation plans. Data is never sold, and it is never used to train any AI model. Files are retained only as long as needed and are never shared with other users.
Account data and uploaded files are stored using Supabase (database and file storage) and processed on servers hosted via Railway. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect this information, though no system is completely secure.
Each provider has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes.
Account information is kept as long as the account is active. Uploaded datasets and trained models are kept until deleted or the account is closed. Saved models or accounts can be deleted at any time by reaching out through the contact form below.
Account information can be accessed, updated, or deleted at any time through account settings, or by requesting deletion via the contact form. Depending on location, additional rights may apply under local data protection laws.
Archimedes MD is not directed to individuals under 18, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
