These terms govern access to and use of Archimedes MD. Creating an account or using the platform means agreeing to these terms. If that's not agreeable, please don't use the platform.
Archimedes MD allows uploading datasets, organizing and cleaning data, generating AI-powered data intelligence reports, training machine learning models, and running predictions against trained models. Features and limits vary by subscription plan, as described on the pricing page.
Accurate information is required when creating an account. Keeping login credentials confidential is the account holder's responsibility, as is all activity that occurs under that account. Notify us promptly if unauthorized use of an account is suspected.
Ownership. Full ownership of any uploaded data, and any models, code, or reports generated from it, stays with the account holder. No ownership is claimed over uploaded datasets or outputs.
Responsibility for content. Each account holder is solely responsible for the data they upload. Data must not be uploaded without the legal right to use it, or if it contains content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the privacy or rights of others.
Processing. Uploading data authorizes processing it as necessary to deliver the platform's features, including AI-powered analysis and reports, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) and processed securely through Stripe. Plan limits (such as the number of saved models, Data Organization sessions, or report generations) are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; prorated refunds for partial billing periods aren't provided except where required by law.
Using the platform to do any of the following is not allowed:
Reports, transformation plans, model recommendations, and other outputs are produced using AI models and statistical analysis. While accuracy and usefulness are the goal, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or imperfect judgments. Conclusions should be independently verified before relying on them for business, financial, medical, legal, or other significant decisions.
Trained models and any Python code generated for a user's datasets are theirs to use, download, and deploy as they see fit, including outside the platform.
Keeping the platform available and reliable is the goal, but uninterrupted access isn't guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Error-free or secure operation isn't guaranteed, nor is the accuracy or completeness of any analysis, prediction, or report.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archimedes MD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the platform — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Use of the platform can be stopped and an account closed at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for violating these terms, engaging in abusive behavior, or other reasonable cause, with notice where practical.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated terms apply.
